Returns Policy:

  1. No returns will currently be allowed on the Buffs due to COVID 19.
  2. All other products can be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
  3. The procedure to return a product is as follows:
  • Customer satisfaction is very important to us! We are happy to accept returns for a full refund or exchange of product within 7 days of delivery date, provided the product is in its original condition.  
  • Email [email protected] with the reason why you are returning the product and a photo of the damage to the product, if applicable.
  • Please include a note with the following: Name, Order number, Email address, Shipping address. Our courier will collect from the package from you.
  • Are you requesting a refund or an exchange? *We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the item(s) depending on the condition of the items being returned to us.
  • All refunds will be issued once the package has returned to our warehouse. It will be manually processed within 3-5 business days. A refund will be issued and paid into your bank account via EFT. If you received the order as a gift, we can offer you a virtual gift card as an exchange. If you have any questions, please email them to [email protected]
  1. PLEASE NOTE: once your order has been sent and you have been emailed your tracking number, the onus is on you to follow up on the parcel. Any returned orders due to non-collection, will be subject to a further delivery fee. Orders that are “lost” during delivery, excluding those lost due to customer negligence, will be replaced by us at no extra cost.
